Working particularly within healthcare, social care, supported living and other regulated services, they combine specialist bid expertise with technology to make the tender process more efficient, organised and successful.They are now looking for an experienced Senior Bid Writer / Bid Team Lead to lead and develop their bid writing team while continuing to play a hands-on role in producing and reviewing high-quality submissions.This would suit someone who knows what a strong public sector bid looks like, enjoys improving the way things are done and gets genuine satisfaction from helping other writers become better at what they do.The Job You ll take responsibility for the quality and delivery of bids across the team, making sure deadlines are met and every submission is persuasive, accurate and fully compliant.Your role will include: Leading and supporting a team of Bid Writers, allocating workloads and monitoring progress including coaching and mentoring.Planning, writing, editing and erseeing PQQs, ITTs, DPS applications and framework submissions.Reviewing tender responses and managing multiple live ..... full job details .....
