Senior Bid Manager

Description Lead complex bids, tenders, frameworks and proposal opportunities from qualification through to submission and post-award review. Develop bid strategies that align with client requirements, scoring criteria and commercial objectives. Produce high-quality, persuasive and client-focused written responses that clearly articulate value and differentiation. Work closely with senior leaders, subject matter experts and operational teams to gather evidence, credentials and case studies. Facilitate bid planning sessions, review meetings and stakeholder engagement throughout the process. Coach colleagues on tender best practice, evaluation methodologies and presentation preparation. Support contract mobilisation activities following successful awards. Analyse bidding performance, feedback and market trends to improve win rates and effectiveness.
