An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to join a leading regeneration business operating across the public and private sectors. This is a fully flexible, hybrid role, with excellent scope for progression and a competitive package up to £80k.
The Role
Working on exciting social housing projects, you’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end bid process - leading the strategy, coordination, and delivery of compelling submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full bid lifecycle, from initial capture planning to post-submission feedback
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, and design inputs
- Ensure high-quality, persuasive, and compliant tender submissions
- Develop win strategies, themes, and storyboards aligned with client drivers
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Support continuous improvement in bid processes and tools
About You:
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager or Senior Bid Manager within the social housing refurbishment/planned works sector.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and frameworks (e.g., JCT, NEC, D&B)
- Excellent communication, writing, and organisational skills
- Ability to work flexibly and autonomously across a range of projects
- Collaborative and commercially astute
