Senior BI Lead- Power BI, SQL - Financial ServicesWe are looking for a Senior BI Lead to take ownership of a growing Business Intelligence function within a forward-thinking organisation. This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone who can combine technical delivery with strategic BI direction. You will play a key role in maturing the BI capability, establishing governance and best practices while continuing to deliver high-quality reporting and analytics solutions. Key Responsibilities Own and develop the BI strategy and reporting function Implement BI governance, frameworks and development standards Improve and modernise reporting processes and data delivery Deliver hands-on Power BI development and data solutions Line manage and mentor a small but growing BI team across multiple locations Key Skills Power BI/Power Platform expertise Strong SQL skills Power Query and ETL development Solid data warehousing and data modelling knowledge Financial Services Python experience (desirable) Details Engagement: Initially contract with temp-to-perm potential (also open to permanent candidates) This is an excellent opportunity for a senior BI professional who enjoys building capability, improving data culture and still remaining hands-on with technology.
