We''re looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Reporting function and play a key role in delivering high-quality management information, dashboards and analytical insight across Mortgage Services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong technical BI skills with commercial thinking and stakeholder management. You''ll work with colleagues across the business to understand what the data is telling us, identify trends and opportunities, and develop reporting solutions that support better, faster and more informed decisions. What you''ll be doing You''ll take ownership of regular and ad-hoc business reporting, producing accurate and timely daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly management information. Using Power BI, SQL Server, Excel and other reporting tools, you''ll develop and enhance dashboards, reports and automated reporting solutions that make complex information accessible and actionable. You''ll also: • Analyse operational and performance data to identify trends, variances, risks and opportunities • Monitor and report on KPIs, SLAs and customer outcomes • Work with stakeholders and clients to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions • Validate and reconcile data across multiple systems, investigating data quality ..... full job details .....
