About the RoleWe are recruiting for an experienced Senior Bench Hand Joiner to join a leading bespoke furniture workshop in Leicestershire. This is a hands-on senior position where you will continue to produce high-quality bespoke furniture while overseeing a team of four joiners and helping to coordinate the day-to-day running of the workshop. You will be responsible for allocating workloads, monitoring progress, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and supporting the team to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time.
