Senior Band 6 (Team Leader substance misuse) Location: Chelmsford Salary: £42,170 per annum About The Role We are looking for a motivated and experienced Clinical Team Leader to provide clinical leadership and operational management to our healthcare team within a custodial environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and patient-centred healthcare services, supporting staff to maintain high clinical standards and ensuring that all services meet the needs of the prison population.
