You’ll ensure the highest level of system reliability, security, and performance while acting as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues.If you want to work somewhere that values your expertise in both resolving critical incidents and designing preventative measure, where you can make a genuine impact on customers’ data security and business continuity, then keep reading.The Role:What You’ll Do Here:Collaborate with engineering teams to develop long-term solutions that strengthen our backup infrastructure.Proactively identify and mitigate risks before they impact customer operations.Mentor and guide team members, helping them grow their technical capabilities.Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance our service delivery.Ensure seamless communication between technical teams and stakeholders.Serve as senior escalation expert for complex backup issues, providing expert troubleshooting while mentoring junior engineers to foster team-wide technical excellence.Own high-priority customer relationships as their trusted technical advisor, leading strategic engagements from risk assessments to capacity planning while liaising with senior stakeholders.Develop advanced troubleshooting processes and drive long-term solutions in collaboration with engineering teams, contributing to knowledge bases and best practice documentation.Lead complex infrastructure projects including migrations and upgrades, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Enhance operational efficiency through trend analysis, automation, and continuous service improvement, optimizing system performance and incident response times.Show Us You’re the One!We’re looking for someone who:Thrives when faced with challenging backup and recovery scenarios.Has a passion for complex technical puzzles which is matched only by their dedication to customer success.Is equally comfortable diving deep into technical details and explaining complex concepts to non-technical audiences.Believes in building systems that prevent problems, not just fixing them when they occur.The ideal candidate will have:3-5 years of hands-on technical experience including business/customer facing work.Commvault Certified Engineer is highly desirable.Experience with cross-platform integrations of Commvault with cloud services (Azure Backup, AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage).Experience in cybersecurity best practices related to data protection, ransomware mitigation, and compliance standardsExposure to ITIL best practices and service management frameworks.Experience leading backup and disaster recovery projects, including migrations and large-scale implementations.Ready to Grow With Us?Apply now and join a team that will challenge you to be your best technical self!
