Our engineering teams own their solutions end-to-end—from architecture decisions to production monitoring—combining cutting-edge .NET development with purpose-driven engineering for digital and financial inclusion across Africa.Technical Environment :Modern C# Stack: predominantly C# on the latest .NETMicroservices and Cloud: microservices hosted on Azure using KubernetesEvent-Driven Architecture: moving toward a fully decoupled event-driven modelMixed Environment: both legacy services and greenfield microservicesOur Engineering Approach : You will collaborate with peers; senior engineers coach and contribute. Focus areas include:High quality outputObservability and monitoringAutomated testing in all environments, including productionInfrastructure as code and DevOps practicesWhat You Need : You should be comfortable owning the entire software stack, including supporting infrastructure, throughout the software lifecycle, under a DevOps culture. You will value continuous delivery constraints and embrace testing and observability as core concerns.Required Experience :Strong grasp of C# and .NET developmentExperience with Event-Driven SystemsMicroservices architecture experienceTesting and deployment expertiseDevOps mindsetLocation and Benefits : Fully remote role within UTC-1 to UTC+3.
