What the role entailsThe opportunity: We are looking for a talented senior developer/architect who thrives under pressure, enjoys working in small teams, and is hands-on. The role requires expert knowledge of TypeScript, AWS Services, Express and Node.js, to join an exciting new project as part of our wider AI initiative to redefine SDLC with agentic workflows. This is a hands-on, enterprise-grade, production-ready project involving AI agents in TypeScript.

Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of TypeScript and Node.js

Understanding of AWS Serverless products (e.g., Fargate, DynamoDB)

Knowledge of traditional design patterns

Understanding of DevOps principles (experience with NRWL NX Monorepo)

Understanding of an Infrastructure-as-Code language (e.g., Pulumi)

Test-Driven Development with a quality-driven mindset

Strong communication, with excellent written and spoken skills

Data modelling

Solid understanding of GitHub workflows

A can-do attitude and hunger for technology

Anthropic’s Model Context Protocol

Vercel AI SDK, Mastra SDK

Open source contribution

Diagrams-as-code

Modern authentication/authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, RBAC)

Consideration of cross-cutting concerns (observability, security)
