Senior Azure Infrastructure EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support a major cloud transformation programme, migrating business-critical applications and databases from on-premise infrastructure into Microsoft Azure.This is a hands-on role combining cloud engineering, automation and technical leadership. You will design and implement secure, scalable and resilient Azure environments while helping shape the organisation''s long-term infrastructure strategy.Key responsibilities:Design and deliver Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutionsSupport application and database migrations into AzureBuild and manage infrastructure using Terraform, ARM or BicepImplement Entra ID, RBAC, managed identities and Key VaultManage patching, vulnerability remediation and security baselinesDevelop automation using PowerShell and BashImplement backup, disaster recovery, monitoring and observabilityOptimise cloud performance, cost and resource utilisationMentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisionsRequired experience:Strong Azure experience across IaaS, PaaS and serverless servicesInfrastructure-as-code expertise, ideally TerraformWindows Server and Linux administrationAzure networking, DNS, load balancing, Firewalls and VPNsCloud security, identity and vulnerability managementAzure Monitor, Application Insights, New Relic or similarExperience delivering highly available cloud environmentsStrong troubleshooting, documentation and ..... full job details .....
