As a Senior Operations Coordinator, you''ll play a key role in managing the daily flying programme and ensuring smooth coordination between flight crews, maintenance teams, clients, and third-party providers.
Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring daily aircraft schedules
• Coordinating flight planning and active flight following
• Liaising directly with high-profile clients and passengers
• Organising permits, ground handling, and third-party services
• Working closely with CAMO and maintenance teams
• Supporting operational compliance and safety procedures
• Handling operational changes and reacting quickly to live situations

• Previous experience in aviation scheduling / flight operations
• Strong customer liaison and stakeholder communication experience
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• A professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
