We''re looking for a Senior AV Engineer with hands on experience in home automation, cinema rooms, and integrated AV systems to deliver cutting-edge projects in some of the UK''s most prestigious properties.

The Role

As a Senior AV Engineer, you''ll take the lead on delivering high spec AV and smart home installations, ensuring flawless performance, sleek integration, and world-class client experiences. You''ll be responsible for both installation and servicing, making sure systems perform to the highest standard long after handover.

Your role will include:

• Installing and commissioning home cinemas, distributed audio, and video systems
• Programming and servicing home automation systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant)
• Rack building and wiring to the highest industry standards
• Precision cable termination and system integration
• Integrating lighting, blinds, and shading into AV/Control systems
• Troubleshooting, fault-finding, and providing ongoing maintenance support
• Collaborating with designers, project managers, and fellow engineers to deliver exceptional results

About You

• Proven experience installing and servicing home automation systems in luxury residential projects
• Ideally Control4 and/or Lutron certified (other controls experience highly desirable: Crestron, Savant)
• Strong rack build and cable termination skills
• Skilled in system programming and commissioning
• A problem-solver with strong technical acumen and attention to detail
• Able to liaise confidently with high-end clients and contractors
• Full UK driving licence
