Mastering the on-board energy system, the company designs and provides modular, innovative and optimised architectures and solutions.We''re looking for a Senior Automation and Controls Engineer to join our Industrialisation team and help drive the next generation of automated manufacturing solutions.The role:Lead automation and controls projects from concept through to implementationDevelop and improve automated manufacturing equipment and processesProgram and integrate PLCs, HMIs, robotics and machine vision systemsSupport equipment commissioning, fault finding and continuous improvement activitiesCreate technical documentation, schematics and process controlsTrain maintenance and production teams on automated equipmentWork closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver automation solutionsLooking after the people who make Safran great is our priority.
