Job Title: Senior Authorised Person - ElectricalLocation: Sussex - must be willing to travelContract Type: Permanent Hours: 37Salary: Up to £51,000 based on skills and experience About the role:The Senior Authorised Person will take responsibility for the implementation and operation of the electrical safe systems of work to effectively control risk, and this will be a Sussex based role for the safe maintenance and operation of the companies'' high voltage systems to ensure no danger arises. With a salary of up to £51,000 (depending on skills and experience), the successful applicant will be expected to support the Operational Managers with recruitment and assist the HandS team with investigating and reviewing any safety related issues or incidents, to ensure robust resolutions are deployed to avoid occurrences. As well as our standard training, we also provide HV and Safety training to support you in your role.What you will be responsible for:Working alongside a team of approx. 40 Authorised Persons, including the Asset Maintenance Engineering team, you will be the escalation point for technical questions, advice and guidance in electrical fields. No two days will be the same as you will cover a large area, whilst also providing support on the setup and installation of new equipment.
