82868 - Senior Authorised Person (SAP)This Senior Authorised Person (SAP) will report to the Senior Project Manager and will work within Network Operations, Distribution Capital Delivery based in our Kings Lynn, Peterborough, Norwich, and Bury St Edmunds offices. You will be a permanent employee. You will attract a salary of 56,576 - 84,160 per annum and a bonus of 3%. If you are successful, you will need to undertake a medical and DBS reference check Job Purpose:The role of the Senior Authorised Person in the Distribution Capital Delivery team is to help complete projects. The support will be in the operational delivery of planned network switching and outages to deliver project and programmes.The Senior Authorised Person in the Distribution Capital Delivery team also has to ensure that all projects are undertaken. The Senior Authorised Person must promote the UK Power Networks Stay Safe Currencies and work toward zero lost time injuries.The Senior Authorised Person is responsible for planning and delivery of network outages, issuing of safety documents, commissioning of plant and protection systems associated with works. Manage safety on site and coordination of works involving both direct staff and contractors.The role also includes liaison with Asset Management, Distribution Planning, Network Outage Planning, Control and Dispatch, Area Managers, Field Managers and Work Planners.
