ACCA Careers .Exciting opportunities to join a fast-growing Internal Audit function within the Data and Analytics (DandA) business at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG). LSEG provides financial market infrastructure and data services globally and supports financial stability and growth.Role purpose: Supports the delivery of the Internal Audit plan by taking ownership of audit components in line with internal audit methodology, contributing to the overall success of the Internal Audit Function.Responsibilities
Independently identify business and technology risk and key controls in the DandA business.Complete audit testing, produce work papers, and draft the first draft of sections to time and quality standards.Proactively contribute to scoping of reviews and support the Audit Lead on changes or risks with recommendations for updates to the audit plan (quarterly and annual).Plan individual audit engagements by identifying key risks and controls; conduct testing, analysis, and documentation of processes, risks, and controls.Own testing and documentation for assigned components; manage supporting colleagues to deliver components of larger audits.Define procedures for complex audits as required and ensure colleagues follow agreed procedures.Validate, communicate, and document audit conclusions; confirm factual accuracy with partners.Manage elements of audit engagements as agreed with engagement supervisors (Audit Managers and Senior Audit Managers).Minimum Requirements
CISA, CISSP or equivalent qualifications; degree or equivalent with relevant professional qualification.Recognised Internal Auditing (IIA / CIIA, CISA) or Accounting Qualification; may be Part Qualified.Experience in assurance delivery and supervision, including transformation/change reviews.Technology/ITGC knowledge; experience auditing data is advantageous.Extensive partner management experience; experience in a fast-paced international organisation is advantageous.Good communication, writing, and teamwork skills; continuous improvement mindset.Work Arrangement
