Manage the end-to-end audit process, including planning, budgets, and delivery timelines. Oversee all aspects of client engagement, ensuring work is allocated effectively and delivered to a high standard. Provide strategic advice to owner-managers on business and personal financial matters. Analyse complex business situations to identify key risks, priorities, and solutions. Coach, mentor, and develop members of the audit team. What you''ll need to succeed: ACA / ACCA / CA qualified (or equivalent). Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
