Senior Audio Visual Warehouse Technician
Working as part of a busy and collaborative warehouse team, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, and managing AV equipment, maintaining strong quality control, and ensuring all kit is correctly processed through the warehouse system.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with the day-to-day running of the AV warehouse operationsMaintain high standards of quality control across all equipment handling and preparationContribute to a safe, clean, and orderly working environment, reporting any issues immediately to the Warehouse ManagerLearn and effectively use rental software to track jobs and interpret job sheets accuratelySense-check job sheets and flag any discrepancies to the relevant Project Manager or Warehouse ManagerEnsure correct equipment is picked, allocated, cleaned, and labelled appropriately for each job or tourReceive returned equipment, scan, test, and correctly store all items, reporting any missing itemsIdentify faulty equipment, book it into repair, and escalate issues to the Warehouse ManagerCarry out minor equipment repairs as directedAssist with the preparation and staging of all rental project equipmentSupport system preparation and turnaround of returned rental assetsAssist with loading and unloading vehicles for deliveries and collections across AV and Systems Integration operationsMaintain clear communication between warehouse, workshop, and administrative teamsHighlight potential issues early that may impact ongoing or upcoming projectsCoordinate ..... full job details .....
