This company specialise in the installation, commissioning, and servicing of audio visual and networking systems across commercial environments nationwide. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to strengthen their expert team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer to step into a senior role, gain leadership experience, and maximise earnings through overtime and bonuses, all while working on varied and technically interesting projects.

The Role:

• Lead installation and commissioning of AV and networking equipment across commercial sites
• Oversee projects on-site, ensuring work is delivered to a high standard
• Support and mentor junior engineers and technicians
• UK-wide travel with frequent overnight stays
• Ongoing specialist training on advanced AV systems and technologies
• Door-to-door pay, overtime, company van and fuel card

The Person:

• Experienced AV Engineer / Senior Installation Engineer
• Strong background in AV, structured cabling, or networking systems
• Previous experience leading projects or supervising engineers (desirable)
• Looking to progress within a specialist, growing industry
• Full UK Driving Licence
