The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of the London team while leading the delivery of innovative fire engineering solutions. Key Responsibilities Team LeadershipSupport the day-to-day leadership of the London Fire Engineering team.Manage team workload, resources, and project allocation.Mentor and develop engineers at all levels.Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development initiatives.Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.Work closely with senior leadership to support team growth and strategic objectives. Technical and Project DeliveryLead fire engineering projects from concept through to completion.Provide technical oversight and guidance on complex and non-standard projects.Ensure high-quality deliverables through robust review and quality assurance processes.Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design teams.Attend and lead client, design, and site meetings.
