Senior Surveyor / Associate Surveyor (Rent Reviews and Valuations), London West Endc 50,000 - c 65,000 + 20-30% bonus and generous benefits package We are working on a new Surveying role which has recently opened within a real estate investment firm based in London. The firm own and operate a large property portfolio in the UK. The opening is to recruit an experienced Surveyor who has a commercial property background, sitting at the Senior Surveyor - Associate Surveyor level who has experience and interest in working within the landlord and tenant space. The team you would be working within cover the full range of LandT services including disposals and acquisitions, rent reviews, renewals and regears. If you are an experienced Surveyor, looking to work for an investor, this could be a fantastic opportunity and time for you to explore this prospect.
