The firm own and operate a large property portfolio in the UK. The opening is to recruit an experienced Surveyor who has a commercial property background, sitting at the Senior Surveyor - Associate Surveyor level who has experience and interest in working within the landlord and tenant space. The team you would be working within cover the full range of L&T services including disposals & acquisitions, rent reviews, renewals & regears. If you are an experienced Surveyor, looking to work for an investor, this could be a fantastic opportunity and time for you to explore this prospect.
