      <description>Location: Higham Ferrers | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | We are seeking an experienced  Associate / Principal Structural Engineer  to join a growing engineering consultancy, supporting the delivery of a diverse range of structural engineering projects. This role requires a hands-on engineer with a strong background in structural design, particularly reinforced concrete and foundations, who enjoys working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams. You will play a key role in project delivery while providing technical expertise across a broad range of engineering challenges.   The  Associate / Principal Structural Engineer  will be responsible for:  	 Delivering structural engineering designs and calculations across multiple projects.
