This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload from start to finish, using both traditional litigation and alternative dispute resolution methods. Day-to-day of the role: Manage your own caseload in a commercial manner, ensuring thorough early assessment of the prospects of success for each claim. Handle claims in accordance with the requirements of our client''s legal expenses insurance policy. Drive a culture of effective and efficient case handling, taking personal ownership of customer issues until resolution. Work to deliver on SLA''s, KPI''s, and financial and performance targets.
