Responsibilities: Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and management to the Private Client team, ensuring the highest standards of service and client care. Client Relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on a range of private client matters. Legal Expertise: Handle complex cases involving powers of attorney, deputyships, Court of Protection matters (including statutory wills), and managing the affairs of incapacitated or vulnerable clients. Estate Planning: Advise on and manage wills, trusts, and estate administration, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Business Development: Contribute to the growth and development of the firm by identifying new business opportunities and enhancing our service offerings. Mentorship: Mentor and support junior solicitors and staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
