Senior Associate Property Solicitor - Path to Head of Dept, Specialist Firm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Solicitor to join a well established and growing team in North West London, with a clear opportunity to progress into a Head of Department role within 12-18 months. The firm is looking for an experienced property lawyer to sit between the existing Partner and more junior members of the team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the continued development of the department, providing guidance and supervision to junior lawyers whilst taking responsibility for a varied caseload of their own. The RoleThe role will initially involve a mix of residential and commercial property work, with the firm particularly keen to grow and develop its commercial property offering.You will work closely with the Partner and the wider team, providing the experience and support needed to bridge the gap between the Partner and more junior fee earners. This will allow the Partner to increasingly focus on business development and the strategic growth of the department. There is a genuine opportunity for the successful candidate to step into a Head of Department position within 12-18 months, taking a greater leadership role within the team and helping shape the future direction of the practice.
