This role offers an excellent opportunity for a confident private client lawyer looking to take a leading role within a well-resourced, collegiate, and forward-thinking firm.Day-to-day of the role:Manage a varied and high-quality private client caseload.Advise individuals and families on a broad range of matters including: Wills, including complex and high-value estates.Probate and estate administration.Inheritance tax and estate planning.Trusts and trust administration.Powers of Attorney.Advising high-net-worth individuals and business owners.Build strong client relationships and play an active role in business development.Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to their development.Influence team direction and participate in strategic planning.Required Skills and Qualifications:Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive in England and Wales.Significant experience in private client work, ideally at Senior Associate level.Comfortable handling complex matters independently.Strong client-facing skills with a commercial and empathetic approach.Ambitious, collaborative, and keen to contribute to team development.Benefits:Highly competitive salary, commensurate with experience.25+ days annual leave plus bank holidays, with additional ..... full job details .....
