This is a rare opportunity to lead your own projects, develop business, and mentor a successful and growing office.Role and Responsibilities Lead the design process on a variety of landscape projects, from master planning to detailed designCollaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding resultsDrive design quality and innovation through internal reviews and CPD involvementConduct site visits and assessments to inform design decisionsOversee project delivery from concept through to construction, managing teams and mentoring juniorsRequired Skills and Experience Chartered Landscape Architect with 4+ years'' experienceProven track record in delivering successful landscape projectsA collaborative approach to leading teams and mentoring junior staffStrong design sensibility, technical expertise, and proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsWhat you get back 50,000- 55,000Flexitime 10am-4pm Core HoursCycle to ..... full job details .....
