We are seeking a Senior Associate to join the London team. This individual will play a central role in evaluating new debt opportunities, executing financings, and supporting ongoing portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical training, prior experience within infrastructure finance or private credit, and the ability to take ownership of transaction workstreams while contributing to the team’s broader investment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Support origination and execution of new debt investments across infrastructure sectors including energy transition, transportation, digital, and utilities.

Lead detailed financial analysis, credit modelling, and due diligence processes.

Draft investment memoranda and present recommendations to the investment committee.

Monitor existing portfolio positions, including performance tracking, covenant compliance, and risk assessments.

Engage with borrowers, sponsors, and advisors throughout the investment lifecycle.

Contribute to thought leadership and market insights to strengthen the team’s origination efforts.

Qualifications:

4–6 years of relevant experience in infrastructure debt, leveraged finance, project finance, or private credit.

Prior investment banking or advisory training strongly preferred.

Strong credit analysis and financial modelling skills with a proven ability to assess complex capital structures.

Experience executing transactions and coordinating across advisors and counterparties.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present investment cases clearly and persuasively.

Collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset with a genuine interest in infrastructure investing.
