Job Summary

This position will assist with key financial processes, including forecasting, budget planning, and strategic analysis for business unit(s) within the firm. The focus will be conducting financial analysis, modeling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations.

The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organisational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams.

Primary Responsibilities

Partner with key functions and stakeholders across the firm to plan, analyse, and forecast financial and other key business success metricsFinancial reporting, analysis and ad hoc support for global business unitsProduce financial reporting packs for European board meetingsProvide analytical support on a wide range of projects and cross-functional initiativesProactively search out ways to improve and streamline processesQualifications

Minimum 1-3 years of experience within a finance function or with relevant experience in strategy/management consulting, investment banking, or corporate finance PreferredDegree in accounting or finance / qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA or equivalent) / studying towards accountancy qualifications preferred.Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsAbility to work across all functions and levels of an organisationStrong motivation, high-level of energy and problem-solving skillsTakes ownership, responsibility for tasks and sees them throughAdvanced level of Excel and PowerPoint requiredExperience with Workday and Adaptive Planning a plus#LI-JS1
