We are seeking a highly experienced IT professional with significant finance systems delivery experience to drive and play a pivotal role in transforming financial operations through technology. Working closely with the incumbent IT team, this role is pivotal in maintaining system integrity, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and defending against evolving cyber threats.Responsibilities

Assist in the configuration, testing and validation for finance system technology changeStrong understanding of finance and accounting process (IFRS/GAAP knowledge is a plus)Expertise in systems architecture, integrations between HRIS and ERPs and workflow tools (ERP, FPandA, reporting systems)Familiarity with Anaplan and Business Central is advantageousLead data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial dataIdentify and resolve issues during implementation and post-go live phasesEnsure systems meet security standardsCollaborate with finance and audit teams to support secure data flows and reportingLead finance focused BC projects from discovery to go liveWork with finance to map out finance process and translate them into BC technical solutionsConfigure, test and support data migrationActing as a Trusted Advisor, helping finance improve and transform their finance operations+3 years\'' experience with a Tier 1 FPandA technologyStrong understanding of business planning process (budgeting, forecasting)Anaplan model builder certification is a strong plusSolid financial consolidation software technology experienceExperience with multi-dimensional modellingAptitude for quickly ramping up on new technologyStrong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate technical and business teamsClear communication style, able to present confidently to Finance Managers and Leads5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years in financial systemsExperience with financial platforms (e.g., Microsoft D365/Business Central, Treasury, Anaplan (or equivalent), Bloomberg) and security tools (e.g., Sophos, Arctic Wolf, Egress)Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS productsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks: I, GDPRExcellent communicator to bridge finance, data and technology teamsExperience in a fast-paced, multi-site environmentIdeally qualified in accountancyExperience with zero trust architecture, and data loss prevention (DLP)Strong scripting and automation skillsExcellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilitiesBenefits
