Your new role This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Employment team as a Senior Associate, based in Reading. Working as part of a wider Thames Valley and South Coast Employment practice, you will advise a diverse client base on the full spectrum of employment law matters. The role offers a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious work, including employment tribunal claims, day-to-day HR and workforce matters, corporate support work and client training. You will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, from household-name private sector organisations through to NHS bodies, government organisations and third sector clients. Alongside client advisory work, you will play an active role in business development initiatives, including networking, seminars, webinars and thought leadership activities.
