The department is recognised for advising on a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, including contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims, financial services litigation and debt recovery matters. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will manage your own caseload of complex and high-value disputes while also supporting senior colleagues on larger matters. The Guildford team consists of experienced lawyers and legal support professionals and works closely with colleagues across the firm''s wider office network. In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you will play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the continued growth of the team.What you''ll need to succeed You will be a qualified Solicitor with strong experience handling a wide range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters, particularly contractual and shareholder disputes.
