An opportunity has arisen for an experienced rural property professional to join its Estates and Farm Agency team at Associate Director or Senior Associate Director level. This is a senior, commercially focused role for an individual with strong rural property experience and, ideally, an established track record in the sale of farms, estates, land and other significant rural assets. The successful individual will manage transactions from initial advice through to completion, while developing client relationships, generating new instructions and strengthening their profile within the rural property market. The Role Responsibilities will include: Advising landowners and private clients on the sale of farms, estates, agricultural land and rural property. Undertaking market appraisals and providing strategic pre-sale advice. Winning new instructions through relationships, referrals, networking and proactive business development. Preparing commercially focused recommendations and sale strategies. Managing instructions from initial appointment through to completion.
