This is a hands-on senior role within a collaborative studio environment, suited to someone who enjoys balancing creativity, client interaction, project leadership and team mentoring. The position reports directly into the Head of Design and offers the opportunity to play a genuine role in shaping projects from concept through to delivery. The successful candidate will lead the development of design concepts and detailed schemes, presenting ideas confidently to clients while maintaining design integrity throughout the process.
