This opportunity is with a leading property consultancy in Birmingham city centre whose service offering includes fund monitoring and due diligence work for lenders and investors, conducting development appraisals and viability assessments evaluating cost plans. You will be providing advice on schemes throughout the build process from initial risk appraisals through to completion. They also undertake a similar Compliance Inspector role on residential developments, as well as Reinstatement Cost Assessments all alongside some traditional Project QS work.
