About The RoleWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our thriving Corporate and Private Equity team in Cardiff.Working within the Corporate and Private Equity teamThe Corporate and Private Equity team’s main focus is on MandA and Private Equity transactions; we handle complex and high-value matters, and our clients are generally based in London, but also across the UK and internationally. We have offices in Cardiff, London, and Paris.
