Senior Associate-Commercial Litigation 6 Years + PQE

AJ Chambers are working with a top tier growing law firm in Central London who are seeking a Senior Commercial Litigation Associate, this is a exciting opportunity to provide strategic support, mentoring and technical guidance assisting in the growth of the department. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a varied caseload of commercial civil litigation disputes both for domestic and international clients spread across many jurisdictions. Have experience of cross border litigation and conflict of laws issues Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk management and dispute resolution. Develop and grow the firm''s Dispute Resolution practice. Work with senior and junior counsel, experts and be used to instructing lawyers in foreign jurisdictions and working with them. Have existing potential referral relationships and a demonstrable track record of generating new business opportunities. Support recruitment, mentoring and development of future team members. Collaborate with colleagues across multiple professional disciplines Requirements 6-10+ years PQE in Commercial Litigation Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales. Experience gained in magic circle or mid - tier firms Minimum 2.1 degree from recognised university Have established client contacts Knowledge and experience in resolving disputes by arbitration would be helpful Comprehensive knowledge and application of the Civil Procedure Rules and technical expertise in civil litigation generally.
