Key Responsibilities Advising banks, borrowers and private equity clients on financing transactions. Drafting and negotiating loan, security, intercreditor and ancillary documents. Handling acquisition, corporate, asset-backed, receivables and project finance matters. Advising on cross-border transactions and managing overseas counsel.
