Senior Asset ManagerLocation: Leicester - LE3 (hybrid possible) Rate: 500 per day (Inside IR35) Contract: 3 monthsWe are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to join a property and estates team, taking responsibility for the effective management and optimisation of a diverse commercial property portfolio.The RoleYou will manage a caseload of commercial property assets, developing asset management and investment strategies to maximise value, improve income streams and reduce occupancy costs.Key responsibilities will include:Developing asset management, investment and disposal strategies.Identifying surplus and under-performing assets and developing value-add opportunities.Undertaking financial and commercial appraisals for lettings, rent reviews, renewals and refurbishments.Leading commercial negotiations with developers, partners, stakeholders and other parties.Managing external property and legal consultants to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.Providing valuation and strategic asset management advice on retention, disposal, development and investment opportunities.Ensuring statutory, legal and governance requirements are met across the property portfolio.Preparing reports, recommendations and strategic property information for senior stakeholders and relevant committees.Contributing to corporate asset management plans and wider property strategies.Maintaining accurate property and asset management information using relevant systems, CAD/GIS and other software. ..... full job details .....
