Senior Asset Manager Location: Heathrow Airport, London Contract Type: Permanent Reporting to: Service Manager About the Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Asset Manager to take ownership of the Asset Management System across a major airport environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, governing and continuously improving asset management processes, ensuring asset performance, risk management and lifecycle decisions are aligned with ISO 55000 principles and contractual objectives. This is a strategic role that will play a key part in improving reliability, cost efficiency, asset performance and long-term asset value across a complex, operational airport environment. Key Responsibilities Asset Management and Governance Own and develop the end-to-end Asset Management System in line with ISO 55000 and IAM frameworks. Act as the recognised subject matter expert for asset management. Lead asset management maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives. Establish and maintain asset management governance frameworks, processes and standards. Strategy and Roadmap Develop and deliver an Asset Management Roadmap aligned with wider business objectives. Lead the development and governance of the Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP). Develop and maintain Asset Management Plans (AMPs) and Asset System Strategies.
