Asset Management Lead the delivery of the asset management strategy. Maintain ownership of asset intelligence and stock condition information. Ensure asset data remains accurate, current, and auditable. Develop investment priorities based on condition, risk, performance, and resident need.2.Planned Programmes Lead planned investment and capital works programmes. Oversee programme planning, procurement, mobilisation, and delivery. Ensure programmes are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to required quality standards. Monitor contractor performance and programme outcomes.3.Stock Condition and Asset Intelligence Lead stock condition survey programmes. Ensure robust asset data management arrangements. Develop lifecycle investment models and forecasting. Support evidence-based investment planning.4.Sustainability and Net Zero Lead EPC improvement planning.
