This is an important role supporting the effective management and resolution of disputes relating to Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). You will coordinate SEND tribunal appeals and mediation cases, ensuring that statutory requirements and deadlines are met while working sensitively with families, schools, legal representatives and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Tribunal Case Management: Coordinate responses to SEND Tribunal appeals, including preparing legal documentation, gathering evidence and supporting representation at hearings.
