Senior Asbestos Surveyor

Hybrid role Home / office some rare site visits to clients

The role is open to experienced asbestos surveyors/analysts who may feel they no longer want regular site work.

The work location is mixed home/office and involves controlling a team of asbestos surveyors and their activities.

Working with regular clients you will receive requests for a/or multiple survey/s and you will check the expected scope and consult with the client to create a meaningful scope.

Various other checks will be carried out like check a separate order number is present, check UPRN is present, check occupant details are present and details of client liaison just in case a no show occurs. Once all details have been checked and correct the data is handed to the booking in team who will create each job on the system (bulk uploads can be carried out) and they will book the individual surveyors in.

Your role will be to audit your team to ensure compliance is complete. Attend occasional visits to client''s premises for monthly visits etc. When removal works are required site visits with a LARC may be needed.
