Responsibilities

4-stage clearances and Certificates of Reoccupation.

Comprehensive air testing.

Asbestos surveys on high-spec commercial properties.

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

P403 and P404 qualified (3+ years'' experience).

P402 (surveying) qualified (2+ years'' experience).

P405 qualified or willing to obtain.

Full UK driving license.

Excellent communication skills and a flexible approach.
