Senior Architectural Technologist - Greater Manchester - Hybrid role We are working with an established architectural practice based in Greater Manchester, who are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their growing team. We are looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist who is technically strong, commercially aware and confident taking ownership of projects. You will be comfortable working directly with clients, contractors and consultants, coordinating technical teams and providing practical solutions to complex construction and design challenges. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically focused professional with strong residential experience to take a senior role delivering a varied portfolio of projects across volume housebuilding, private residential, affordable housing and regeneration. The successful candidate will have excellent technical knowledge, strong Revit skills and the ability to lead projects, coordinate consultants and work confidently with clients and contractors. As Senior Architectural Technologist, you will: Lead the technical delivery of residential and regeneration projects from planning through to construction. Produce and manage detailed technical drawing and construction information. Develop coordinated design solutions that meet planning, Building Regulations and construction requirements. Coordinate architectural information with structural, MandE and other specialist consultants. ..... full job details .....
