Senior Architectural TechnologistLocation: SalisburySalary: £38-45,000 An established and respected architectural practice is seeking an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join its expanding team near Salisbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong professional to take a leading role across a varied portfolio of projects, with a strong pipeline of work for a major client, predominantly within the residential sector, as well as community and commercial developments. Working alongside a knowledgeable and collaborative team, you''ll be involved throughout the technical design and delivery stages, taking responsibility for projects through RIBA Stage 4 and beyond. The role offers excellent scope to further develop your technical expertise while contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The Role: Lead and develop detailed technical drawings and construction information using Revit. Take responsibility for projects through technical design and construction delivery. Coordinate architectural information with consultants, contractors and the wider project team. Prepare and contribute to planning and Building Regulations submissions. Produce comprehensive drawing packages, schedules and specifications. Attend and contribute to design, coordination and site meetings.
