An established and reputable architectural practice is looking for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its experienced and collaborative team near Cambridge. Renowned for delivering creative, practical, and commercially focused design solutions across residential, commercial, and heritage sectors, this role offers the chance to take the lead on technical delivery and contribute significantly to project success within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities
* Take ownership of technical design and project delivery across all RIBA stages
* Develop detailed drawing packages, specifications, and construction documentation
* Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders
* Prepare and manage planning and building regulations submissions
* Track project programmes to ensure deadlines and budgets are achieved
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
* Attend site visits and project meetings as required
* Maintain compliance with current UK Building Regulations and relevant standards

Requirements

* Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field
* Significant experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
* Thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing
* Proficiency in AutoCAD
* Experience in residential and or commercial sectors
* Ability to manage workloads across multiple projects independently
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* Strong attention to detail with a high level of technical accuracy
