This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist to play a pivotal role in the technical development and delivery of a wide range of residential projects, from high-quality housing developments to bespoke luxury homes. Working closely with the land, planning, design, and construction teams, you will oversee the technical aspects of projects from planning approval through to completion, ensuring designs are practical, compliant, and ready for construction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the technical coordination and delivery of residential developments through all post-planning stages.Prepare detailed technical drawings, construction packages, and working information to a high standard.Develop and coordinate technical solutions that meet design intent, programme requirements, and buildability objectives.Manage and coordinate external consultants, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of project information.Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with current Building Regulations, NHBC standards, planning conditions, and relevant legislation.Work collaboratively with internal departments to support the successful delivery of residential developments.Provide technical support throughout the ..... full job details .....
